MARTA, ATLANTA UNITED FORM BRAND PARTNERSHIP
Ticket Pack Offer for June 2nd Match
Now Available for Purchase
ATLANTA
– The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and Atlanta United
announced the official start of their brand partnership with an exclusive MARTA
Ticket Pack offer.
Fans can purchase tickets
for the upcoming Atlanta United match against Charlotte FC at Mercedes-Benz
Stadium on Sunday, June 2nd at 4:30 p.m. The MARTA Ticket Pack
includes a ticket to the match, as well as a co-branded MARTA x ATL UTD t-shirt
and a collectible co-branded MARTA Breeze Card loaded with a roundtrip fare.

The ticket promotion marks
the beginning of a multi-year brand partnership to leverage the soccer team’s
brand strength, popularity and fanbase to boost MARTA's brand visibility,
increase ridership and contribute to Atlanta’s growing soccer culture.

launched in 2017, MARTA has been an integral part of the matchday experience,
providing an efficient, inexpensive way to get to the action,” said MARTA
General Manager and CEO Collie Greenwood. “This brand partnership will help
MARTA foster deeper engagement and connection with our customers, while also
supporting Atlanta’s emergence as the nation’s soccer capital.”

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is
within walking distance of both GWCC/CNN and Vine City rail stations, and in
2023, an average of 17,000 fans rode MARTA to Atlanta United home matches.
Through the partnership,
MARTA and Atlanta United will work together on social media promotion,
in-stadium branding, digital marketing, co-branded apparel, and radio
advertising. MARTA
will also host a pre-match activation in The Home Depot Backyard outside the
stadium.
Atlanta United has one of
the most passionate and diverse fanbases in the metro region, and the 5-Stripes
boast the highest average home attendance in MLS.
The U.S. Soccer Federation
recently announced it would be building its headquarters and National Training
Center in metro Atlanta.
This summer, Mercedes-Benz
Stadium will host two CONMEBOL Copa America matches, and in 2026, it will host
a total of eight matches, including a semifinal, for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
